Sweardle

Sweardle is a spin-off of the popular Wordle word-guessing game. The player is given four opportunities to guess a four-letter word, with the list of possible solutions limited to English-language curse terms.

There are two players in Sweardle. Each player starts with 10 letter tiles (one of them has 2 V’s). Players take turns putting one tile at a time on the board.

If both players agree that they are making a real word (in fact just one real word) then they can place their tile. If not, they must keep their tile back and cannot use it again until their next turn.

The objective of the game is to have as many words on the board as possible when no more tiles can be placed. Each player gets points for each word he created during the game accordingly to its length: 5 points for each letter; 3 points for each vowel; 1 point for each consonant; plus bonus points for double letters or V’s. Whoever has more points wins!

How to play Sweardle

Sweardle is similar to Wordle. Every day, a player will be provided with an empty grid of squares on the website. To begin, players must guess a word. Instead of the five-character Wordle with six guesses, Sweardle employs four-letter words with four guesses, making it easier and simpler to understand. Yellow bricks show that the letter is in the incorrect place, whereas green bricks indicate that the letter is in the correct location. Only obscenities. The preceding responses to the Sweardle were DAMN, HUMP, DUMP, and so on.
